Areas of Interest

Guest Services — Welcome patients, visitors and families to the hospital. Answer phones, give directions, deliver flowers and mail to patients and drive our courtesy shuttle.

Spiritual Care Assistant — Provide non-denominational emotional and spiritual care to our patients, visitors and staff.

Pet Therapy — Personal pets and their handler provide therapeutic interventions to patients in the hospital. Your pet must be certified.

Floor Care — Work cooperatively with nurses and other staff, answer two separate phone lines, respond to patient calls offering comfort and assistance.

OR Waiting Room — Greet and escort patients to the OR lobby prior to surgery, help nurses and physicians identify family after surgeries and keep family members informed of patient’s recovery after surgery.

I understand and agree that my services are given with humanitarian or charitable reasons and are donated to Temecula Valley Hospital without expectation of any compensation, salary, benefits, other payment or future employment. Commitment for a volunteer is for one year, one shift per week. You must be at least 16 years old to volunteer at Temecula Valley Hospital.
